CREMA MEXICANA AGRIA

Rich, cultured spreadable sour cream similar to crème fraiche.

Ours is satiny and elegant. Same flavor profile as Crema Salvadoreña, but milky white rather than creamy in color.

This "sour cream" is reminiscent of the fresh creams sold throughout Latin America. Top pupusas, tacos, tostadas, fajitas, and even baked potatoes. Thicken an enchilada sauce. We love it drizzled on black beans, fried plantains (maduros), sweet corn tamales, or grilled corn on the cob!

Exquisite to dip fresh, sliced apples, pears, or other fruits!
