
COTIJA CHEESE
Known as the "Parmesan of Mexico", this cheese bears the name of the Mexican town where it originated.
Ours is a less aged version of that famous cheese.
This crumbly cheese is robust, sharp and flavorful. Grate over soups or pastas. Crumble over a ceviche, tostada or over black bean soup. Grate over grilled corn on the cob. Top a salad with grilled shrimp and crumbled Queso Cotija.
Available in rounds or grated in resealable bags..
