A sharper version of our original Queso Fresco.
Try stuffing a pupusa or gordita with a mix of refried black beans and crumbled Queso Fresco Salvadoreño.
Top with pickled, shredded cabbage. Use anywhere you would use original Queso Fresco, but want a slightly sharper taste.
