This is a FABULOUS dessert! … and
as simple as uno, dos, tres!
Preheat oil in a large, deep skillet over
medium-high heat. Peel ripe plantains and
slice lengthwise into thin pieces. Fry
until browned and tender (not crispy).
Drain on paper towels. Drizzle with “La
Vaquita” Crema Salvadoreña
or Crema Agria and crumble Queso Fresco
Salvadoreño or Centroamericano on
top. The sweetness of the plantains is
such a sumptous contrast to the the Queso
and Crema!
